  • Application joins the waitlist, ordered by application date and enrolment priority
  • Attend family enrolment interview if progressing
  • If offered, return acceptance documentation and confirmation fee by the required date[1][2]

Assessment & Interview
Every family attends an enrolment interview. Wenona says it is not academically selective; new students in Years 3–10 complete November orientation assessments to support transition.[1]
English Requirements
Overseas students in Years 4–12 must provide a recent AEAS or IELTS assessment demonstrating English competence.[1]
ELICOS Acceptance
The school says students may need intensive study at an Australian language college, but does not publish accepted providers or a guaranteed pathway.[1]

The process begins two years before commencement; 2028 interviews are underway. The school accepts applications from birth. Its page lists Term 3 2026 tours and a next Tour Morning in Term 1 2027.(2026–2027)[1][2]

An overseas student must have a responsible adult guardian. K–6 overseas students may, with Principal permission, live with a parent residing full-time in Sydney who holds a valid Guardian Visa.[1]
